Areas of expertise:

Commercial and financial counsel, business sale and succession, capital and finance raising, strategy and execution. Over his career, Tony has held CEO positions in a full-time or seconded capacity, acted as an advisor to Board’s, and he currently holds Board appointments. Tony was formally a Partner at PwC working in the restructuring and advisory services team.

Over the years, Tony has formed strong relationships in an advisory capacity with our clients. This has involved working with clients on a range of business issues to improve business performance and to reach their desired strategic outcomes. Tony achieves this by actively engaging with businesses to understand the operational issues they are facing. He provides advice that challenges, motivates, and equally holds owners or management teams to account. Tony will say ‘no one person has a licence on good ideas’, but our longstanding clients would tell you that the power of the formation and execution of these ideas comes from a strong working relationship based on a high level of engagement that goes both ways.

Tony will challenge the status quo, ask questions you have not considered, and share experiences and ideas from years of working across various businesses.
